Frances's practice is focused on estate and asset protection planning,
probate administration, estate and trust dispute resolution and real
estate.
In her dispute resolution practice she represents beneficiaries,
executors and trustees involved in family disputes over the possession
and management of family assets that are being passed down to from
one generation to the next. Frances has developed a keen eye for
conflicts of interest and ethical issues which are inherent in these cases
given the nature of the relationships and the interests involved.
